Use a clear, well-lit face photo looking toward the camera. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or faces cut off at the edge. For couples, upload two separate portraits. For pet mode, add a sharp photo of your pet’s face or upper body.

The in-app progress UI usually finishes in a few seconds with the current mock pipeline. When a real video model (Seedance / Kling) is connected, expect roughly 30–90 seconds depending on load — keep the tab open until the result appears.

Today the live preview is a canvas/PNG-style mock result. Production video will target short vertical clips (MP4) suited for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Shared result pages show a hosted URL when one is stored in your generation record.

Yes to generate and save history. Sign in with email + a one-time 6-digit code (no password). Your generation credits and history are tied to that account.

The current $2.99 single pack adds one generation credit. A successful video uses one credit; an immediate generation failure refunds it automatically. Future multi-credit packs can use the same balance.

If a completed payment failed to add its generation credit or you were charged in error, contact the site owner with your account email and payment reference. Failed generation requests automatically return their reserved credit; payment disputes are reviewed case by case.

We store your email, session, generation metadata, and payment records in Cloudflare D1. Photos are processed for generation; see the Privacy page for cookies, third-party services (Stripe, PayPal, Resend), and data handling details.

Yes. After a successful generation, use Copy share link on the result step. It opens /result/[id], which loads that generation from our database. If the video URL isn’t ready yet (mock mode), the page still shows status and product details.

Open Account in the footer (or /account) while signed in to see your email, generation history, and payment records. Sign out from the same page.
