Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 21, 2026 · AI-generated image and video content

This policy applies to every photo, instruction, generated image or video, download, and account action on PumpkinMorph. Use the service only for safe, lawful, authorized Halloween creativity.

1. Absolutely prohibited content

  • Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexual activity, sexualized imagery, or non-consensual intimate material.
  • Violence or gore: graphic injury, torture, glorification of violence, threats, or instructions facilitating harm.
  • Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization, or exclusion targeting protected characteristics.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or abuse of minors, including synthetic CSAM.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps, fabricated statements or actions, deceptive identity substitution, intimate composites, or content designed to make a real person appear to do something they did not do.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected characters, brands, logos, artwork, or other intellectual property.

Terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, criminal facilitation, fraud, harassment, doxxing, malware, and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited.

2. Real-person photos and consent

Upload only your own photos or material for which every identifiable person has given explicit permission. The upload flow requires you to confirm this before continuing. Permission does not authorize impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, intimate composites, or any other prohibited content. A parent or legal guardian must authorize lawful use of a minor's image.

3. AI disclosure and models

PumpkinMorph outputs are AI-generated. The service currently uses MiniMax H3 Max and MiniMax H3 Max Turbo video models delivered through fal.ai. Users must not claim that an AI-generated output is authentic footage when doing so could deceive or harm others.

4. Content moderation and safety controls

PumpkinMorph does not currently expose free-form text prompts. Generation choices are limited to predefined Halloween workflows. The server validates supported products and parameters; generation instructions are screened with Waffo Prompt Sift when the Waffo integration is active; and the video provider may apply its own safety safeguards. A request may be blocked or held if a safety check does not allow it.

User reports are reviewed manually. We may examine relevant account, generation, payment, and safety records to investigate a report. We do not promise that automated systems will identify every violation, so reporting remains important.

5. Reporting

Report suspected abuse, impersonation, infringement, or unsafe generated content to support@pumpkinmorph.com. Include the result link or generation ID, the reason for the report, and evidence that helps us review it. We protect reporter information as reasonably possible and prohibit malicious reports.

6. Response targets

  • Child-safety or credible imminent-harm reports: triage as soon as practicable, targeted within 24 hours.
  • Impersonation, severe harassment, or other high-risk reports: initial response targeted within 2 business days.
  • Copyright, trademark, and general policy reports: initial response targeted within 5 business days.

7. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may block a request, remove access to a result, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate an account, forfeit credits associated with abuse, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful authorities. Critical child-safety violations may result in immediate termination and reporting where legally required.

8. Appeals and updates

To appeal an enforcement decision, email support within 14 days from the registered account address and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. A review will normally be completed within 10 business days. We may update this policy as safety requirements and product capabilities evolve.
